As I was on my way to DC to take some photos I came across an arrest in progress.  A gentleman had smashed in the window of a convenience store shortly after it closed.  It seemed an odd time and location for committing a crime as it was only just after 10:00 pm in an area where there are large numbers of people gathering at restaurants and stores late into the evening.
